GUEST SERVICES
Every weekend it takes hundreds and hundreds of people to execute a weekend experience, and our Guest Services teams are on the front lines of making it all happen. From assisting people with parking as they drive onto the campus to the cafe team who makes piping hot coffee for your enjoyment, there are many places for you to get involved within our Guest Services.
Here's the overview of teams we have for people to serve in:
CAFE
Serves people by making coffee, preparing pastries and providing a warm experience in the cafe.
GREETERS
Serves people by welcoming them as they arrive in the building, distributing weekend bulletins and directing them to the appropriate areas.
INFO
Serves people by answering questions, assisting with sign ups and operating the INFO booths on a weekend.
PARKING
Serves people by directing traffic, maximizing parking and assisting where needed.
PIT CREW
Serves people by preparing the auditorium for services by cleaning and straightening after each service.
USHERS
Serves people by maximizing seating in the auditorium and answering questions for guests.
